課程概述 |
有機光譜學是鑑定有機分子結構的必備學問，也是研究有機分子行為常用之工具，本課程的主要目的是讓同學了解各種光譜學的基本原理與其常見之應用，並透過實例之光譜分析與解題技巧，奠定同學相關研究的基礎。
Organic Spectroscopy is an essential knowledge for identification of organic molecular structures. It is also a very useful tool for researches on the behavior of organic molecules. This course is aimed to introduce the basic principles and applications of the organic spectroscopy to students. The students will also practice in the class on analyzing the sample spectra so that they can apply these techniques to their research work.

紅外線光譜、質譜、核磁共振光譜、吸收與螢光光譜。
Topics: IR Spectroscopy, Mass Spectrometry, NMR Spectroscopy, and UV-vis absorption and emission spectroscopy.
